You can request the complete deletion of your Belvoir account and all associated data at any time. Once processed, this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to request deletion

- Subject line: Account Deletion Request
- Include: The email address associated with your Belvoir account
Our team will process your request within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
What data is deleted?
By requesting deletion, the following information will be permanently removed from our active systems:
- Profile Information: Name, email, and preferences.
- Observations: All photos, notes, and scans you have contributed.
- Karma & History: Your impact metrics, rewards, and participation history.
- Comms: Your interaction history with the Botanical Coach.
Note: Anonymized, aggregated community impact data may be retained as it no longer identifies you personally.
Retention Period
Upon receiving your request, your account will be immediately deactivated. All data will be permanently purged from our backups within 30 days.
