The rules for using Belvoir, including AI results, subscriptions, and community content.
By creating an account or using Belvoir, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Using Belvoir
You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and use Belvoir only where permitted by law. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
AI-generated results
Plant identifications, confidence scores, health analysis, and care suggestions are generated by automated systems and may be incomplete or wrong. Belvoir is not professional botanical, agricultural, medical, veterinary, toxicology, or emergency advice. Verify any safety-critical result with a qualified expert.
Free limits and paid plans
Belvoir may provide limited free use and optional paid plans. Current limits, included features, prices, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown in the app or by the applicable store before purchase. Plan availability and features may change prospectively.
Your content
You retain ownership of photos and other content you submit. You give Belvoir a limited license to host, process, display, and adapt that content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the features you choose to use. Do not upload content you lack permission to use.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, probe or disrupt its systems, evade usage limits, automate abusive traffic, impersonate others, upload unlawful or harmful material, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or use results to facilitate harm.
Community features
Community observations may be visible to other users and may include approximate place context. Be thoughtful about sensitive locations, private property, endangered species, and personal information before sharing. We may remove content or restrict accounts to protect users and the service.
Availability and third parties
Features may depend on network access and third-party services such as Google Play, authentication, storage, mapping, weather, and AI providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will remain unchanged.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Belvoir and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risks, fraud, legal requirements, or conduct that harms the service or others.
Disclaimers and liability
Belvoir is provided on an 'as available' basis to the extent permitted by law. Do not ingest, handle, treat, relocate, or expose a person or animal to a plant based only on an app result. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
